One of the main things to consider is the future for Turkey itself, locally and globally.

Most lenders will not release money until the property is built - therefore buying off plan can prove difficult!

Turkey has a completely different system to the UK for house purchase and it is advisable to use an English speaking Turkish Solicitor.
